Last week we noticed the bracket on our garage door had broken so I stopped by your shop to get a replacement. Knowing that it was past any warranty ( from installation in 1999). I fully expected to pay the price of a new bracket. You indicated that Jim would call me later to see if a replacement bracket could be located.
To my surprise at 5:00 pm that same day, Jim called to say that not only had he found a replacement bracket but also that he was on his way to our house to replace it. Upon his arrival, Jim also noticed that both garage doors needed adjusted because of a driveway project that had recently been completed. So Jim readjusted both doors also upon completion I inquired what the bill was and Jim said "0".
Not only did you both take care of the problem but you went above and beyond. Now that's customer service! You delighted even a customer of 4 years ago!

Dear Jim,

Just a short note to let you know how pleased we are with our new Raynor garage door. We had the beauty of it since July, but with the cold weather setting in the true test is here. The difference it has made in the warmth of the bedrooms alone. I would never have believed. Even the garage is warmer!
